All Pet Friendly Magazine
An all pet friendly magazine for kids!
There is a magazine out that whos target audience is children aged 4-12. The magazines are very interactive and attempt to get your child involved. The articles and activities are focused on all sorts of animals. Many of the animals are pets, but the magazine also spends a lot of time on wild animals. The articles that I have read were well thought out and well written. The pictures and graphics also seem like they would engage a child and keep them interested. With these magazines you can help teach your child to read, while giving them an appreciation of nature.......cool idea

All Pet Friendly Sitter
All Pet friendly sitters.
This is a neat idea. There is a company that matches people who have pets with people who will come and watch them. If you click on the links below this post you will be redirected to the service. The company does not actually send someone that they employ to your home. What the service does is match you with someone in the area who provides the service. Big time relief for people who have to travel and cannot take their pet. Kennels are helpful. But to have an all pet friendly sitter come to your home would be much less stressful for the animal than going to a strange kennel full of barking dogs and pens. The sitter service will also match you up with a baby sitter (you know... for humans).

All Pet Friendly Pet Carriers
Some pets just do better in pet carriers.
I have never used a pet carriers. I have two black labs and it just isn't practical. However, I have known quite a few pet owners who use them. A pet carriers does do several very positive things. For one, it is obviously easier to transport a cat in a carrier. Most cats, not all, but most are not huge fans of car rides. Transporting them in a carrier prevents them from freaking out and hurting themselves. It also prevents you, the driver, from having an angry fur ball wrapped around your head as you are trying to watch the road. The second big plus has more to do with the psychology of your pet. There a lot of dogs who do not travel well. Having their own somewhat small space is very comforting for some pets. A pet carriers is also a necessity for air travel. A word of caution, air travel is very hard on a pet, and if possible.........just drive. And of course their are all pet friendly carriers. If you look at some of the links provided on this page you will see, they make them for all pets.

All Pet Friendly Lodging
"All Pet Friendly Accomidations have become much easier to find"
My wife and I have taken our two black labs on several vacations now. We usually go to Tenessee and have to look for pet firendly lodging. There are some pet friendly sites now that will locate lodging for you. There are also several web-sites that will book the pet friendly accomidations for you. Taking your pets with you on vaction does make it a whole lot more fun. When we take the dogs we dont have to worry about their care at a kennel. We also dont have to ask a friend of family member to walk the dogs several times per day. We like to hike and it is just more fun to have your whole family with you.

All Pet Friendly Beds
Dog Bed
I have a Tan recliner in my living room. When I get home from whatever my day involves I dont really feel like I am home until I have settled into said recliner. As soon as I do I can feel myself decompress from the day. Dogs and cats are not so different. They have areas in the home that make them feel more comfortable. They have areas in the home where they like to be when it storms or something scares them. So I found myself thingking I need a Dog Bed. Dog beds are a good way to give your pet their own space. We have two black labs who are fairly certain that they are really people. My wife and I bought them both their own Dog Bed. We did not train them to lay on them. We didnt even encourage it. They just seem to know that the beds were for them. And they use them! Both dogs (Doc and Bela) still lay on the couch with us on a regular basis. However, when they are ready for a serious nap they head for there beds. It is the same drill each time. They stand on their bed, spin all the way around two or three times and plop straight down. All in all I think the beds were a good buy. We do have a tendencey to over-indulge our pets but I think the beds do serve a good purpose. The dogs are comfortable on them and it spares their joints from laying directly on the hard floor (Labs are succeptable to joint problems anyway). We also put the beds in the back of our SUV for long trips and they both settle right in immediatly. Dog beds have gotten popular and are availible in all shapes and sizes.
